We don't sell websites as a thing on their own. We build the platform your enquiries arrive through — fast, findable, accessible, and ready to carry an agent the day you want one.
Why it's framed this way
Plenty of small businesses have a perfectly nice website that has never produced a single enquiry. It looks fine. It loads. Nobody's ever heard from it.
The difference isn't the design. It's whether the site is set up to be found, and whether anything happens when someone lands on it at an inconvenient hour. That's why our sites are built around the agent that answers people — the pages are the shopfront, but something has to be behind the counter.
If you already have a site you like, say so. We'll fit an agent to it and leave the rest alone. We'd rather do the £1,200 job that works than the £4,000 one that doesn't need doing.
What's in the price
Not a starter tier with the useful parts moved into an upgrade. This is the whole thing at£2,400.
We write the copy. You correct it — which is far easier than staring at an empty page wondering how to describe your own business. Extra pages are £180 each, and we’ll tell you if you don’t need them.
One H1 per page, proper heading order, real meta descriptions, structured data, a sitemap that regenerates itself, clean URLs. Not a plugin installed at the end and left on its defaults.
The chat sits in the page rather than in an iframe bolted on top, so it loads with everything else, keeps your styling, and doesn’t shove the layout around when it appears.
Where enquiries come from and which pages produce them. Configured to be lawful without a cookie banner nagging every visitor — one fewer thing between someone and your phone number.
Keyboard navigable, sensible contrast, alt text on everything meaningful, forms with real labels. Partly because it’s right, partly because it’s the same work that makes a site rank.
New price, new opening hours, a photo of the new van — email it over and it’s done, usually same day. It’s in the monthly fee. We don’t bill in six-minute units.
Speed, specifically
Google measures three things about how a page feels to a real person, and they feed into where you rank. Every site we build is aimed at the green band on all three — and you can check ours yourself rather than take our word for it.

Run this page through PageSpeed Insights and see what comes back. If a web company won't invite you to do that, there's a reason.
Hosting, in plain terms
Hosting is usually where small businesses get quietly stung — a cheap first year, a renewal at four times the price, and an SSL certificate sold back to you as an extra. Here's everything, at one price, with nothing held back as an upsell.
Migrating an existing site is included. We'll do it out of hours so nothing goes dark during your working day.
Fair warning
Everyone asks for the ability to edit it themselves. Almost nobody does, and the site gets slower to give you a feature you used twice. Email us the change instead — it's included, and it takes you eleven seconds.
Thin pages written to fill a sitemap don't rank and don't convert — they just dilute the ones that would have. We'd rather build four pages worth reading, then add more when there's something real to put on them.
Sometimes the honest answer is that your existing site is fine and the actual problem is that nobody answers enquiries after five. That's a much cheaper fix, and we'll say so on the first call.
Two paragraphs back, free, no obligation: what's actually holding it back, whether it's worth rebuilding, and what we'd charge if it is. Plenty of people get that reply and decide not to hire us. That's fine.
