No discovery phase that bills for six weeks and produces a PDF. Here's the whole process, and you can hold us to the dates.
Week one
A call, a look at how enquiries reach you now, and a one-page summary of what we’re building, what it costs and the date it goes live. You approve that page before we start.
Week two
A working agent on a real page, trained on your business. You try to break it. You tell us where it gets things wrong. We fix those, not the ones we imagined.
Week three
Domain pointed, HTTPS on, analytics in, agent answering. We stay on the call while the first real enquiry comes through.
After that
Hosting, updates, backups and a monthly note telling you what the agent was asked and what it got wrong. Cancel with a month’s notice — no exit fee, and we’ll hand over everything.

These are starting prices for the work we do most often. If your job is bigger we'll say so and quote it properly — but you'll get a number, not a range with the top end hidden.

Consultancy is £650 a day or £395 for a half day — how we use a consultancy day. All prices exclude VAT.
Who you'd be working with
Wovelo is small on purpose. There's no account manager relaying your question to a developer you never meet — you talk to the person building the thing, and they'll tell you when an idea is going to cost more than it's worth.
The whole business exists because of a pattern that kept showing up: small firms being quoted five figures for something that should take three weeks, then handed a login and wished luck.
